Small Rosebud on Stem Porcelain Limoges Box

A small rosebud on its stem, just about to open, forms this delicate porcelain Limoges box. It was hand-painted in Limoges, France, a single bloom that speaks of new beginnings.

A Promise About to Bloom

A rosebud has long stood for young love and the hope of what is to come. Where a full rose speaks of love in full flower, a bud carries the excitement of something just beginning.

A Single Stem

• A small porcelain rosebud, colored by hand in Limoges
• Fits a rose, flower or romance collection
• Pairs well with the Pompadour rose boxes and floral hearts

New Beginnings Worth Marking

Give it for a first date anniversary, an engagement, a sweet sixteen or the arrival of a baby girl. It also suits a graduate starting out in the world or a gardener who loves the first buds of June. Its small size makes it easy to place on a nightstand, a bud vase shelf or a crowded vanity. A single stem has a quiet grace that never feels out of place, whether it stands alone or among a whole garden of floral pieces.
